Meet Zaheer Shahid — a passionate media creator here to help you master storytelling, sharpen your skills, and bring your ideas to life.
Bio
Zaheer Shahid is a highly experienced Digital Content Producer with over eight years of expertise in visual storytelling and content creation. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Media Production from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan. His academic journey provided a strong foundation in film directing, screenwriting, cinematography and video editing, complemented by hands-on experience in a fully equipped production studio.
Zaheer’s professional portfolio includes the production of commercial advertisements, corporate documentaries, TV shows and short films. He is also the producer and host of the Featured Artist Podcast, where he highlights creative voices across industries. In addition, he is the founder of Azhda, an innovative online streaming platform designed to help artists upload, share, and distribute their work to wider audiences.
Beyond content creation, Zaheer has played a strategic role in developing and executing marketing campaigns for various businesses across the Greater Toronto Area. His expertise includes both paid and organic brand awareness initiatives, sponsored ad targeting, email marketing, and end-to-end management of digital video content workflows.

Acting for Camera
Workshop Objectives
Are you someone who is looking to get introduced to acting for the camera? Or maybe you want to learn the fundamentals of camera acting because you wanted to start your YouTube channel or wanted to develop skills of how to stage for camera and understand the physical and vocal expressiveness of a scene. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop will be tailored based on your needs to help you master the craft of acting.
Classes per week: 3
Duration: 2 hrs
Fee: $175

Videography & Photography
Workshop Objectives
This workshop provides a robust learning curve for someone who would like to gain technical and practical skills in videography and Photography. The goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of camera operation, lighting, portraits, complex camera movements, lens selection and key steps for setting up a scene for a shoot.

Video Editing
Workshop Objectives
Understand the concepts of video editing and develop skills to build a compelling visual narrative. Learn techniques of colour correction, audio mixing and transitions. This workshop has a broad a range that is designed for aspiring video editors and content creators who work with social media reels and shorts.
